- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a hassle-free interview process
- Make sure candidates are prepared for the job requirements of hiring partners
- Deriving meaningful insights after the completion of the interview process
Skills Required
- Ability to clearly communicate the information
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to translate large amount of data into actionable insights
- Should build relationships effectively with candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Empathizing the candidates and providing the guidance with utmost personal care
- Should be able to speak in English
- Proficient in spreadsheets or Excel

Working Hours: 8 hrs per day, 6 days a week
