Job Description:
1. Design, organize and conduct training programmes especially related to guide in preparation of Training Calendar
2. Effective implementation of HR policies.
3. Planning for talent management activities
4. Coordinating with Business stakeholders
5. Training on the performance management
6. Extending support to Central TA team for Profile Screening and Interview scheduling at site level
7. Supporting Central TM team for implementation of various organization level initatives
