Roles and Responsibilities
Devise a training plan for students to crack the GRE, TOEFL and IELTS covering all aspects of English language skills such as grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Design and deliver content, PPTs, practice assessments, and Mock Tests.
Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
Create assessment tests to evaluate students' performance in various fields of the curriculum to identify areas that need improvement.
Design and execute campaigns and activities to boost student completion rates and engagement with the course.
Monitor student completion rates and meet the target completion rates by providing necessary support, motivation, and guidance.
Skills
Prior Experience of 2+ years in training the students for GRE, TOEFL and IELTS
Work experience in companies or training institutes in the relevant field is preferred
Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver video lectures
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Familiarity with the latest teaching methodologies and techniques
A teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements
