Good understanding of market dynamics, business value proposition and complexities of implementation to develop strategic roadmap for clients o Functional hands-on experience on CX, Commerce & MarTech strategy. o Build Biz/Digital Strategy & Point of views on client requirements & market landscape. o Provide Digital, data, tech, commerce, and marketing-specific solutions to enable CX transformation in the Digital, eCommerce and MarTech space o Be the clients’ strategic partner in creating a detailed analysis of their the current ‘As-Is’ state to a “to-be” state. (Baseline -> Benchmark -> Optimize) o Understand and identify their business processes and ecosystem to identify gaps, vulnerabilities to develop a logical transformation roadmap. www.BornGroup.com o Advising clients on the design of the future business operating model and/or technology implementation roadmap Desired Profile o 4-8 years of work experience in a client-facing Digital/eCommerce solutions consulting role in an MBB/ Big4 / Digital Transformation / Tech Consulting focused professional services environment. o At least 2-6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or Marketplaces business operations & category management team. o Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms such as Adobe, Azure, SAP Hybris, Magento, and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred. Experience with Adobe suite products a plus. o Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization including senior executives. o Hands-on experience in creation of proposals, business cases, POVs, and customized consulting solutions. o Expertise on Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote o Experience in reporting/analytics tools and ability to draw insights from data o Good proposal writing and presentation skill
