Job Responsibilities :
1. Maintain coordination with the transport vendor - Biker team 2. Manage the team`s route planning 3. Ensure device pickup from customer premise and delivery at JC (Jio Centre) in defined timelines by JC bikers 4. Resolving issues of bikers, if any 5. Allocation of work order to bikers for device pickups in the system 6. Ensure effective complaint management (delay in device pick up, missed appointment, reschedule etc) 7. Enable smooth functioning of the service support ecosystem 8. Implement guidelines, policies, training 9. Monitor real time reports & prepare performance reports accordingly
