Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

 

1.     Planning & Execution of individual training needs in L08 and above category via E- learning & Class room trainings so as to achieve 3 Man days training /employee.

2.     Development and compliance of SOP - Training as per ISO/ IATF requirements

3.       Development of training plan to improve skill level of  L07 and below category and Annually assessment and updation of skill matrix

1.     Training need identification and preparation of Monthly and Annual training plan and analysis report.

2.     Coordination with ISO/ IATF Cell for audit and compliance.
