Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Craft and execute extensive strategies for performance marketing lead generation.

  • Guide the marketing team with strategic direction, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities in the sector.

Team Leadership

  • Direct a group of Program Managers, each focusing on distinct online marketing lead generation channels.

  • Build a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team. Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure target achievement.

Channel Management

  • Supervise all channels of lead generation through online marketing, including content, digital, email marketing and more.

  • Explore and establish new channels for efficient lead generation.

  • Work with Program Managers to fine-tune channel efficacy and synchronize with digital strategies.

Budget Oversight

  • Formulate and manage the budget for performance marketing channels, prioritizing cost-effectiveness.

  • Ensure resource allocation is efficient and ROI is measurable.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Engage closely with Sales and Product departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

  • Keep leadership informed about marketing progress and key projects in the sector.

Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with Program Managers to design and implement compelling  marketing campaigns

  • Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all performance marketing channels.

Market Analysis

  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market shifts to guide marketing strategies.

  • Adjust marketing plans based on thorough analysis of the EdTech market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Over 7 years of experience in managing lead generation channels, preferably within the EdTech sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful marketing teams, especially in EdTech.

  • Strong strategic and leadership capabilities, with a comprehensive understanding of the EdTech market.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical thinker with a knack for data-driven decisions.

  • Up-to-date with EdTech marketing trends and technologies.
