Job Description:
As a Program Manager - Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our academy students are continuously engaged on the platform and updated about various NxtWave initiatives/progress. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and address the feedback/concerns by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and execute initiatives that motivate them to complete their respective courses.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the execution of all program operations related to academy product
Design and implement engagement plans to motivate students and reduce churn rate
Ensure that updates of the program are being sent to existing learners
Work with multiple cross-functional teams and understand any gaps that arise in journey of a student and address them effectively
Resolve the feedback/concerns that students face by working with internal teams
Take live interactions with the students - motivate them and encourage them
Take live orientation sessions for the students once they enroll in the course
Plan and oversee daily activities of the student success team
Plan and Manage campaigns to maintain positive learning experiences for academy students.
