Job Description:
NxtWave is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Operations Manager to join our Tech Educators Team. As an Associate Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of commitments and service level agreements (SLAs). Your responsibilities will include project planning, monitoring delivery timelines, stakeholder management, and reporting progress to relevant parties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities & Areas of Ownership:
Collaborate closely with the Tech Educators and other teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of commitments and SLAs
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Handle communication across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively
Create schedules and monitor the timeliness of delivery
Plan project activities and proactively address any challenges that may arise
Provide regular written and verbal reports to relevant stakeholders regarding project scope, financials, progress, and status
Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality assurance to ensure process flow efficiency
Support the Tech Educators Team in onboarding and training new team members
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree from a college or university in a relevant field.
Previous experience in stakeholder/operations or project management verticals is welcome.
Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data management
Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in any other language is a plus)
