  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. Provide support in hiring of talent at the Jio centers with focus on
    Home Business (Direct/indirect)
    2. Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals
    3. Shortlist and schedule interviews
    4. Drive walk in, social media campaigns, tie up with NGOs/Skill
    councils
    5. Offer processing in hiring portal, preboarding, joinings and
    documentation

  • Education Requirement :

    Graduate in any discipline ( PG or Diploma in HR preferred)

  • Experience Requirement :

    1 - 3 years in mass recruitment

  • Skills & Competencies :

    1. Knowledge of job portals
    2. Knowledge of MS Excel
    3. Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
    4. Speak local language
    5. Target oreintation
