Job Title : MIS Executive

Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical MIS Executive to join our Central MIS Team. In this

role, you will manage and analyze data to enhance Central MIS Team operations, ensuring the seamless flow of information and generating insightful reports to facilitate decision-making. A deep understanding of MIS systems, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for this position. Their role typically involves:

• Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of data within the organization's systems. This might involve overseeing databases, data warehouses, and data quality assurance processes.
• System Administration: Managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's information systems, including troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system uptime, and coordinating with IT staff or external vendors for support.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their information needs and develop appropriate reporting solutions.
• System Integration: Collaborating with other departments or external partners to integrate different information systems and ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
• Software Evaluation and Implementation: Researching, evaluating, and implementing new software solutions to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the organization's information systems and tools.
• Additional: Proficiency in managing Google Sheets, as well as creating and managing Central MIS dashboards

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·       1-2 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably within the supply chain sector.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

·       Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus.
