In this role, you will be involved supporting our Data Engineering team and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our data engineering processes. We are looking for a highly competent Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance on our Data Engineering Project. The ideal candidate should have profound knowledge of SQL, ADF, Databrick, Data Engineering Platform (DEP), Hyperion, and have experience in data correction, script automation, data consolidation issues, etc.
Responsibilities
· Provide first line technical support to the data engineering team.
· Resolve data correction, script automation, and data consolidation issues.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of data pipelines using ADF and Databrick.
· Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure the smooth running of the Data Engineering Platform (DEP).
· Implement and manage Hyperion systems.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
· Collaborate with other team members to address and solve technical problems.
· Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of SQL, ADF, Databrick, and Hyperion.
· Experience in data correction, script automation, and data consolidation.
· Understanding of data engineering principles and methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Professional certification in SQL, ADF, Databrick, or Hyperion.
· Experience in managing a Data Engineering Platform (DEP).
· Knowledge of cloud-based data engineering solutions.
· Experience in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic business environment.
