Objective:

To oversee and manage the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual 10-Q/K reports for the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission in accordance with regulatory requirements including leading technical advisory function for the controllership group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and Review: Lead the preparation of the 10-Q/K filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) and management review decks.

2. Month Close processes: Lead and manage derivatives accounting with treasury, Stock based compensation accounting, leases compliance and computation of EPS.

3. Compliance: Ensure all filings comply with SEC regulations and GAAP standards and internal controls.

4. Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (Accounting, FP&A, C&B, Legal, Investor Relations) to gather required information and ensure consistency across reports.

5. Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

6. Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting.

7. Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.

8. Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation supporting all disclosures and financial statement line items.

9. Training and Development: Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

10. Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and accounting standards, ensuring timely implementation and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, with a strong background in SEC filings and public company reporting.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting software.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

7. Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

8. Ethics: High level of integrity and professionalism.
