Position: - Quick Commerce Manager.

Role Description
1. Catalogue Management: Maintain catalogue health and hygiene on e-commerce platforms, overseeing tasks such as new listings and pricing management to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
2. Inventory Demand Planning: Lead the strategic planning of inventory demand across multiple channels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory.
3. Inventory Management Platforms: Take charge of inventory lead platforms like Amazon, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit & monitor and manage days of stock to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
4. Platform-Level Marketing Activations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute platform-level marketing activations, including coordinating sale events alignment and collaborating with the design team for creative assets.
5. Driving Revenue: Lead the revenue in Quick commerce channels with end to end accountability and grow the platform.
6. Marketplace Expansion: Drive the onboarding and listing process for new marketplaces, expanding our reach and presence across diverse e-commerce platforms.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and statistics to track performance metrics and KPIs.
Maintain comprehensive reports and spreadsheets for historical data analysis and trend identification.
8. Data Analysis and Validation: Utilize analytical skills to validate data and identify underlying issues or opportunities for improvement. Extract data into spreadsheets and prepare monthly consolidation of accounts.
9. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the quick commerce segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the quick commerce channel.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to anticipate market changes and develop proactive strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in the quick commerce segment.
