Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Service Assurance and Service Delivery SLA and KPI 2. Escalation handling and stake holder coordination like planning, construction/deployment, Home Care, NOC and business team. 3. Maintaining Network up time and Network SLA 4. RCA and Fix for repeat Failures 5. Technical support to JC O&M team for L2 issues 6. Monitoring and controlling of Preventive and corrective Maintenance. 7. Material Reconciliation and spares management. 8. SP Vendor Governance

BE/B Tech Electronics
Experience Requirement :
10 - 15 years
Skills & Competencies :
1. Experience of Fiber Network O&M. 2. Hands on experience for handling of Fiber network Test & Measurement Equipment`s and Tools. 3. Experience of handling IP/Transmission Equipment`s 1. Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication. 2. Planning and scheduling of work. 3. Escalation handling and customer management. 4. Good communication Skill 5. analytical and decision making.
