· Overseeing VM & Sales · Ensuring store is as per SOP before opening time · Delegating section VM changes to store team with specific timelines · Audit and Upkeep for New product display · Implicating & Reporting Marketing launches & Vendor launches · Linear and SR study and review on monthly basis · Product handling and planning catalogue placement of merchandise based on SOP · Ensuring upkeep of all VM materials & fixtures instore · Training of staff on visual merchandising.
