Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service to our candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a passion for helping others. This role requires exceptional customer service skills to assist customers through both voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database as necessary.
- Assisting with customer retention by building relationships and addressing any concerns.
- Continuously improving the customer experience by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.
- Manage large amounts of Tickets.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 Months - 2 Year experience in a Customer Support role(Nonvoice & Voice)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
- Should have a laptop.
- Proficient in English and Hindi, Telugu
Job Type: 2 Months Internships + Full Time
CTC: 3 LPA
Location:
- Work From Home (Should be flexible for work from office based on the requirement)
- Should come to office for the first month.
Notice Period: 2 Months
