Job Description

As a Program Manager (Student Engagement), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that students are continuously engaged on the platform and updated about various NxtWave initiatives/progress. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and address the feedback/concerns of the students and motivate and encourage them to complete their respective programs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the execution of all operations related to student engagement

• Design and implement engagement plans to motivate students

• Ensure that updates of placed students are being sent to existing learners

• Ensure that updates of companies coming to NxtWave and the positive feedback shared by employers are shared with existing learners

• Ensure that students are nudged on a daily basis on their learning on the previous day

• Resolve the feedback/concerns that students face by working with internal teams

• Take live interactions with the students - motivate them and encourage them. 

• Take live orientation sessions for the students once they enroll in the course

Ideal Profile

• Someone with 2+ years of experience in operations/program management

• Having prior experience in Edtech is an added advantage

• Good team management skills and user user-centric mindset
