• Prerequisites
  • Knack towards Aptitude and a passion for teaching.
  • An experience as a teaching assistant or trainer will be an advantage.
    
    
• Skills
  • Native fluency in Hindi, should also be well versed in English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Working as Aptitude Trainer or a similar vertical
  • High empathy and a natural storyteller.
    
    
• Requirements
  • Deliver video lectures. Share your industry experience with learners.
  • Able to deliver 4-hour sessions in total per week (Translates to 16H in total in a Month)
  • Openness for iterations and feedback.
  • Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery.
  • Being thorough with all the standard practices and guidelines
  • Need not prepare teaching material. Everything will be provided.
  • Timings are flexible. No fixed times.
