Job Description

Key Deliverables - 


Media Strategy

-          Finalize media strategy in coordination with media agency and ensure adherence to budget.

Media Planning

-          Work with media agency to arrive at the right plan in terms of media mix, target market, deliveries & spends

-          Monitor execution as per the agreed proposal periodically

-          Review outcomes and establish regular reporting mechanisms for the brand team

-          Tracking Brand health, competition, and Media landscape changes and discussing with the Media Manager & Brand team.

-          Reporting on Annual Plan vs. actual execution.

-          Media intelligence and reporting.

-          Monitor the Agency’s deliverables and report to the Media Manager.

Media Innovations

-          Generate innovative media solutions and guide partners for smooth execution.

Monitor & Measure outcome results on innovations.

Requirements

Experience and Educational qualification


 -Working knowledge of media planning of TV, Print, Radio, and Digital.

- Knowledge of consumer behavior

- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals like positioning strategy, brand building, brand engagement, etc.

- Knowledge of the latest media trends
- MBA (Marketing/Media)
- Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in media planning and execution.

-Experience in Multiple streams of Media (Planning, Buying, Digital content) are added advantage.
