• Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns on platforms such as GoogleAds(Youtube, PerformanceMax) and Meta Ads, ensuring targeted CAC/ROI.Demonstrate a solid understanding of lead generation funnels and retargeting strategies, optimizing them for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Implement various campaign types within Google Ads and Meta platforms, utilizing best practices to achieve desired outcomes.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to decision-making, effectively analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Think from the perspective of a customer to devise marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, ensuring a seamless user 
• acquisition.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the willingness to go the extra mile and exhibit a proactive attitude in accomplishing tasks.
  Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of proven experience in performance marketing, showcasing a track record of successful user acquisition campaigns.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing user acquisition campaigns on Google (Youtube, PerformanceMax) and Meta platforms & ability to implement corresponding best practices.
• In-depth understanding of user acquisition funnels, retargeting techniques, and their application to drive conversions.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
• Ability to empathize with the customer journey and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
• A strong work ethic, coupled with a proactive and self-driven approach to tasks.
• Prior experience in user acquisition within the Edtech or Fitness industry is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
