| Duties and Responsibilities | • Perform internal audits of Collection processes and enforce controllership • Conduct monthly internal compliance audits within Consumer Collection • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk in Collection function • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation • Identify process improvement areas • Ensure tracking & closure of identified compliance issues • Broad understanding of Collection function' • Would be responsible to keep complete control on data with 100% understanding of how back end data is flowing. • Will be closely working on data analysis & Data support as per requirement • Participating and supporting in required preparation of presentation • Incentive Provision & Cost analysis • Vertical wise compliance trendline • Effective team and intra departmental communication and co-ordination • Preparing incentive as per policy guidelines • Daily data check and MIS publishing • Conducting regular checks and sampling on customer Call recording & improve quality of calls |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | a) Qualifications b) PGDBM (Finance) from Indira Institute of Business management, Pune. c) Work Experience • Having 2 + Years of experience of corporate office • Sound Knowledge of Advance MS Excel Office, Power Point Presentation • Having technical toll knowledge also like SQL |
