Responsibilities
• Experience in designing, developing and deploying SailPoint IIQ solutions.
• Programming Language experience - Java, Python, shell scripting, etc.
• Experience in one or more of the major public clouds, AWS is desirable.
• Experience with continuous integration and relevant tools, using the Atlassian product suite which include Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira etc.
• Experience with system monitoring and logging tools (e.g. AppDynamics, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency with concepts and technologies used in software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms
• Strong security focus (Experienced running high-integrity systems, always designs with security in mind)
• Experience in Agile development processes and a DevOps culture.
• A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to self-manage.
• A strong troubleshooting skill and a creative problem-solving ability.
• participating in designing and delivery of our UAM portal.
• Developing / maintaining self-service GIT based solution that allows teams to configure/manage their private namespaces.
• Uplifting platform engineering practices and standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Strong experience as a SailPoint Specialist, with expertise in implementing and supporting SailPoint applications.
• Proficiency in the full SDLC, including concept, requirements, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and experience working with IAM solutions.
• Expertise in core Java development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a geographically distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodology in the SDLC.
• Understanding of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate risks.
• Self-motivation, proactivity, and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent client service attitude and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of scalable approaches and the ability to identify and address inefficiencies in systems.
