  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. Accountable for harmonious Employee Relations, 100% Statutory
    Compliance and all liaison with Government or other statutory
    authorities for the State.
    2. To look after ER and compliances for all offices and establishments
    (e.g. Headquarters, Jio Centres, Distribution Centres, Warehouses,
    Maintenance Points and Network Facilities etc.) and for on roll and
    contractor manpower within State. Ensure that the compliance system
    (framework and IT system) and planned arrangements are implemented in
    timely manner.
    3. Plan self-audits (both at physical locations and documentation) and
    support in external audits. Review non-compliance reports and ensure
    closure within defined time frame.
    4. Ensure availability of a working Grievance Redressal mechanism and
    report on efficacy and operational effectiveness of same on a weekly
    basis to NHQ ER Team
    5. Work independently at the State HQ in a control function role
    6. Working Knowledge of Central and State Laws applicable at company and
    unit level
    7. Train JC Managers and other establishment managers w.r.t. statutory
    compliances.
    8. Filing of periodic returns
    9. Maintenance of MIS
    10. Guidance to Operations team on discipline and grievance issues
    11. Ensure closure of legal notices and reports.
    12. Attending Court Cases / Hearings. Collating data required for such
    matters and be guided by NHQ on action plans.
    13. Attending Labor Inspections.
    14. Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and other
    external stakeholders

  • Education Requirement :

    1. Any graduation.
    2. MBA / LLB from premier institute

  • Experience Requirement :

    10 - 12 years
