LMS Management:

· Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Cornerstone, ensuring seamless operation.

· Maintain the learning calendar, course catalog, enrollments, curriculum configuration, course content, and online assessments.

· Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues.

· Evaluate and recommend new learning platforms and tools, including gamification features.

Content Development & Delivery:

· Digitize mandatory onboarding materials (POSH, Mission/Vision/Values, Unconscious Bias, IT Security, Code of Conduct) using gamified modules.

· Provide technical support and training for LMS and other learning technologies.

· Manage the new joinee experience, including corporate induction, product training, and learning journeys.

· Track the annual behavioral training calendar.

Strategic L&D Partner:

· Collaborate with HRBPs, Business Units, and other functions to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.

· Develop a comprehensive learning schedule based on identified needs.

· Monitor training delivery, gather feedback, and analyze program effectiveness.

· Manage and monitor learning journeys for young leaders.

Communication & Collaboration:

· Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders regarding L&D initiatives.

· Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, and participant communication.

· Facilitate or oversee training sessions, ensuring high-quality, engaging experiences.

· Monitor training attendance, participation, and completion rates to identify improvement areas.

 

Ideal Candidate:

·        3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.

·        Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

·        Experience with LMS, preferably Cornerstone.

·        Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

·        Proficient with learning technologies and eLearning tools (gamification a plus).

·        Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

·        Passionate about learning and development with a commitment to continuous improvement.
