Designation: Sr. Territory Sales Manager
Location: Ernakulam
Job Responsibilities:
- To drive the business in the assigned territory - Secondary and Tertiary sales (ensuring the right mix of category and channel).
- Responsible for the numeric & weighted distribution.
- Ensure the market collection as per the defined payment terms & conditions.
- Responsible for the channel scheme management & settlement.
- To drive the Visibility program in the market: ensuring in-shop display and driving BTL activities.
- To provide market intelligence: price, scheme, new product launch, etc.
- Ensure adherence to the PJP for Trade.
- Act as a product trainer for distributor and retailer sales staff.
- Support/supervise the distributor's sales force to achieve the tertiary sales target for the organization.
