Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage all SDWAN related service escalations 2. Proactively monitor and intervene in all SRs / complaints 3. Ensure timely resolution of complaints 4. Manage and take timely corrective action for all logical and configuration related issues 5. Ascertain SDWAN configuration optimization 6. Draft and share RCA/F for all escalations and customer requests 7. Coordinate and timely follow up with respective stakeholders 8. Comply with team roster and occupancy on day to day basis
