Principal CDC
He (Copied From L&T Site) shall be responsible for administration of the CDC Training School.
Duties involve:
- Framing Training Programs in line with execution staff skill requirements of the business units of the SBG, framing the syllabus to align with the requirements, deciding an optimum duration of the training programs, scheduling the training programs, arranging faculty from inhouse as well as visiting faculty, arranging accommodation and class room facilities for discharging of training responsibilities, evaluating the trainees and trainers, providing management on measures and effectiveness of training conducted, by surveys, statistics, feedbacks.
- Arranging Induction Training to the fresh recruitees to provide them a glimpse of the business, the business environment, skill sets required, domain knowledge and arranging programs, syllabus, faculty, feedback, evaluation to do the above successfully.
- Assessing requirement of refreshing the domain knowledge and skills, Arranging refresher training with scheduling these along with other programs, faculty, facility and logistics along with feedback and evaluation.
- Providing need based training to client to meet the contractual requirement both centrally at CDC as well as site.

Minimum Qualification
POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (PGD HRM)
