Job Responsibilities :
1. Ensure timely fault management for Wireless VPN and ODCP Services for Enterprise. 2. BAsic knowledge of ILL and L3VPN services 3. Handle critical service related problems by coordinating at L2 level /Core IP FM 4. Troublshooting skill for ILL and L3 VPN services to ensure timely actions and solutions 6. BAsic knowledge of IP routing and IP MPLS network functions. 7. Segmentize the problem, assign and coordinate with relevant teams for Timly actions 8. Automate best practices, innovative methods and procedures 9. Ensure customer problems are resolved as per the TAT and SLA provided by the business. 10. Carry out MIS reporting and analysis for trouble shooting and development of ENOC operations
Education Requirement :
B.E. (Electronics and Tele Communication) / Diploma and relevant Certifications
Experience Requirement :
2 - 8 Years
