Job Responsibilities :
1. Proactively detect application platform outages/degradations 2. Determine the conditions/pointers causing outage/impact 3. Engage with other peer organisations for resolution of the problem 4. Escalate & engage with SMEs as may be necessary for resolution 5. Follow the standard notification & escalation mechanisms for all platform outages/events 6. Software upgrade of components following MoP shared by vendor in close coordination with vendor

B.E/B.Tech
Experience Requirement :
3 - 10 years
Skills & Competencies :
Database, server, storage, applications, alarm management, user access management As per the JD
