Job Description
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, schedule, and resources required for survey, Right of Way (RoU), and permission clearance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define survey objectives and desired outcomes.
Manage project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Oversee site surveys, data collection, and mapping.
Prepare detailed survey plans and methodologies tailored to specific project requirements.
Conduct site surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
Set up and maintain survey equipment, such as Robotic and GPS instruments.
Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors, providing guidance on equipment alignment.
Record survey results accurately, including land contours, dimensions, and elevations.
