Job Responsibilities :
1. Proactively monitor services through the Analytics tools 2. Identify service issues, initiate a detailed investigation across applicable network layers to correlate & determine the root cause 3. Co-ordinate with respective NOC counterparts for ensuring corrective actions as identified during causal analysisare implemented & service impact cleared 4. Ensure compliance to QoS/QoE for services monitored 5. Manage trouble tickets referred from other groups within the stiplulated SLAs 6. Respond to Active Monitoring and other request life-cycles, workflow activities, status updates including fulfillment verification
Education Requirement :
BE (EC/CS/IT)
Experience Requirement :
Minimum 3 Years - MAximum 5 Years
Skills & Competencies :
1. Knowledge of technical support activities 2. To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits 3.
