Your work profile As Assistant Manager in our Detect & respond Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - As a part of our Risk Advisory team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll: Role Description :- SUMMARY SOC Audit and Compliance L2 Profile – • 3-6 Years of Experience • Maintain, manage, improve, and update security incident process and protocol documentation (Run Book) • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Fundamental understanding of network traffic analysis including TCP/IP, routing, switching, protocols, etc. • Participate for internal and external audit activities pertaining to Security Operation Centers • Tracking of internal and External Audit submissions • Coordinate and tracking of Audit observations with Internal SOC teams to gather Information / Evidence required for Audit submission. • Collect, analyze, and prepare reports required for senior management, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders. • Participation and preparation of reports based on the security drills performed. • Experience in Security Operations, Information Security Compliance and Governance activities • Document, investigate, and report cybersecurity compliance issues and incidents. • Should be able to provide necessary reports pertaining to Security audit. • Preparing and maintaining of SLAs, KPIs and KRIs. Certification’s requirements: ITIL, Security and Network Certifications Qualifications :     · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent discipline     · Certification’s requirements: ITIL, Security and Network Certifications Location and way of working · Base location: Thane  · This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations. · Hybrid is our default way of working.
