Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a hassle-free interview process
Make sure candidates are prepared for the job requirements of hiring partners
Deriving meaningful insights after the completion of the interview process
Skills Required
Ability to clearly communicate the information
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to translate large amount of data into actionable insights
Should build relationships effectively with candidates
Strong organizational and time management skill
Empathizing the candidates and providing the guidance with utmost personal care
Should be able to speak in English
Proficient in spreadsheets or Excel
