Job purpose
Improving Employer Branding across all HR touch points, both internal and external, and also leading campus recruitment initiatives for the organization
Key Job Responsibilities
1.Bring the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life in all HR initiatives across the organization by reviewing and enhancing communication strategies across all employee life-cycle programs to strengthen EVP positioning and improve process effectiveness.
2.Develop a unified communication plan that integrates all EVPs and ensure its execution and maintenance throughout the year.
3.Lead content creation for external and internal HR events such as webinars, interviews, and panel discussions.
4.Manage employee communication on external platforms, including social media and public relations.
5.Utilize communication channels to build Britannia's image as an employer and provide relevant training to internal stakeholders representing the organization both internally and externally.
6.Leading the entire Campus Placement program, which includes managing the campus process, developing the engagement plan, and communicating with the partner institutions
