<h5 style="box-sizing: inherit; scrollbar-width: thin; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15; letter-spacing: 0.005em;">JOB DESCRIPTION : MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OFFICER<br>Function – General maintenance<br>Grade – Officer Grade III<br>Experience: 4 - 5 Years<br>Educational: Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, B.Tech /B.E in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>· To carry out general repairs, ground works and maintenance.<br>· Assess the nature of B/D, allocate the crew, explain the job, discuss the action reqd, and arrange for spares.<br>· If unable to carry out any particular task, to contact and instruct the relevant approved contractor (practicing best value at all times) to carry out the work.<br>· Developing /updating of necessary spares requirement, get OEM's recommendation of essential spares reqd.<br>· Identify the scrap/waste and arrange with purchase for periodic disposal, Preparing ARO and report to finance dept<br>· Preparation of schedule/programs of works in agreement with the production and unit head.<br>· Involvement in preparation of schedules and programs of maintenance and new projects<br>· Know about TPM culture, ASM, PM, CLRI<br>ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>Other than the above mentioned core activities the candidate is also expected to demonstrate an excellence in:<br>· Training the new joinees on the breakdown management.<br>· Equipment up gradation initiatives to enhance their fuel and power efficiency<br>· Periodically conducting various checks and audits to ensure minimum downtime at any given point.<br>DESIRED COMPETENCIES:<br>· Technical knowledge to attend to machines<br>· Man management skills<br>· Analytical skill<br>· Flair of working with Contractors/Sub Contractors<br>· Good management and communication skills<br>· Flexible approach to routine scheduling<br>CLRI<br>Reduction Of Downtime<br>Utility<br>Safety<br>Spare Parts Management</h5><h5 style="box-sizing: inherit; scrollbar-width: thin; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.15; letter-spacing: 0.005em;"><font color="#000000" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"><b><u><br></u></b></font><a href="https://britannia.turbohire.co/job/publicjobs/DnidlMwHjm5D5WeDiiOZkeHmPYR4tcAla6InJzzX7MoGj5gspVTZb9EnxXXHDIkv" target="_blank" style=""><font color="#000000" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"><b><u><span style="font-family: "Arial Black";">APPLY FOR JOB</span> </u></b></font></a></h5>
